My Account

Do I need an account?
You do not need an account to browse the website but you will need an account to purchase at our Online Boutique. When you join our mailing list, an account will be created for you with minimum information. The optional information like address and telephone number will be required before you make payment for your purchase. You can login next time using your user id or email id and do not need to re-enter your other particulars when you make new purchases.

It is beneficial to subscribe to our mailing list to get email updates on special offers, sales alerts, new products and event updates. You can unsubscribe anytime by editing your account online or by clicking the link to unsubscribe on the next email update you receive from us.

You may like to review our Privacy Policy on our usage of your account information.

How do I create an account?
You can either click on Join our Mailing List located at the top left side of main website banner or click on Create an account located at right side of Online Boutique home page. Alternatively, an account will be automatically created when you order for the first time. You can overwrite the system-generated User Id with your own preferred id when creating  your account information.

How do I see and maintain my account information?
All your account information is available at My Account page at Online Boutique under "Review your details" link.  You have to login first before you can access My Account page. You can edit your personal information or unsubscribe from email updates or change your password here.

My Account page also allows you to review your orders and your favourite list of MyDreamz items. The logout option is also available here.

I forgot my password
You can request for your password below "Create an account" located at right side of Online Boutique home page. Otherwise, just click here and give us your User Id or Email Id. Your password will be sent to the email address registered with us. Do remember to change your password regularly for security purposes.

How do I logout?
If you are login at our Online Boutique, you will be automatically logout if you have been idle at our website for 30 minutes for security purposes or if you close your browser window. Otherwise, you can logout  by going to My Account page at Online Boutique.

Order Info and Process

How do I place an order?
You may place an order with us using online or offline method:

  1. Order through our Online Boutique by making your selections using "Add to Cart" and then "Checkout".
  2. E-mail your orders to: contact@mydreamzwear.com with item ids, color, size and quantity. We will help you to key your order on our Online Boutique.

We have several tools on our Online Boutique to help you make your selection. You can browse our products via any of these method selections:

  • By categories on the left panel or Quick Browse top panel
  • By gift theme on the Quick Browse top panel
  • By searching for keyword using Search on the top panel
  • Using Advanced Search on the top menu to search by keyword and price range.

You can view each outfit in enlarged photo by clicking on the small photo (thumbnail) of the outfit. This will display the outfit in a Product Display page  together with any suggested complementary products.

What happens after I order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a system-generated email to acknowledge your order. When your order is processed by us, you will receive an "processed" confirmation email.  Subsequent "shipped" email is to inform you that we have shipped out your order. We will ship immediately for credit card payment whereas if you are paying by Cheque or Electronic Cash Transfer, we will ship when we receive your payment.

If some items are not in stock, we will contact you for partial delivery or adjustment of order.

How do I track my order?
The last email received from us will indicate the status of your order - either acknowledged, processed or shipped. Alternatively, you can track your order status online by going to My Account page at Online Boutique and select "View your orders" link.

How do I cancel or alter an order?
To cancel or alter an order, please e-mail us at contact@mydreamzwear.com asap, attaching your order confirmation email from MyDreamz.

Order cancellation or alteration must reach us before the order is processed. (normally within 24 hours after your order). Otherwise, you may arrange  for exchange or refund after you have received your purchase, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

How do I reserve an out-of-stock item?
Due to overwhelming response, some of our merchandise may be out-of-stock temporarily and is indicated as "Product not in stock" on the website. Our Online Boutique does not allow you to order out-of-stock merchandise but if you like to reserve, please e-mail us at contact@mydreamzwear.com with your MyDreamz user id, item code, size and color. We will inform you as soon as the stocks arrive and will ensure you will be given priority when ordering the item.

Gift Ordering

How do I order a gift?
Ordering a gift is similar to a normal order except with 3 extra steps:

  • add your gift packaging to shopping cart
  • during checkout, enter your gift recipient name&address under Delivery Address
  • key in your  gift message under "User Comments" in the second checkout step

The latter 2 steps can be skipped if you prefer to deliver the gift personally and we will ship the wrapped gift to your address with a blank gift card.

We offer 3 choices of signature gift packaging available at our Online Boutique. Some of the gift packaging is complimentary which you can select under the order option.

Currency and Payment

What currency can I use?
The d
efault currency used on our website is Singapore Dollars. We also display the approximate equivalent value in US dollars as a reference to you. We advise our international customers to check the foreign exchange at your local bank or online finance portal such as  Yahoo Finance for your local currency value equivalent to Singapore Dollars. However, we would like to highlight that the actual conversion value will be subject to your bank or credit card foreign exchange policy.

Besides Singapore dollars, we also offer online credit card payment in Euro and US dollars where the actual conversion rate is displayed and processed by WorldPay as the final step during checkout.

How do I pay for my purchases?
You can make payment using one of the following options:

1. Credit card - We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and Delta Visa.

We are making arrangements to accept American Express in the future. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. You will enter your credit card information online via WorldPay™, our secure payment gateway, when you checkout your purchases. Minimum information required for credit card payment is type of credit card (Visa, Master, Delta), credit card number, name on credit card and card expiry date. The default currency is in Singapore Dollars but you have the option to select Euro or US dollars for payment. The exchange rate is updated daily at WorldPay and the Euro/US amount will be the same as charged to your credit card.

2. Electronic Cash Transfer - You can choose to transfer cash from your bank account to our bank account via ATM or internet banking in Singapore or telegraphic transfer (T/T) for international customers. We will email you our bank account information when we process your order. Once you have make the funds transfer, please email your bank confirmation/transaction id with date and time to contact@mydreamzwear.com so that we can ship your purchases promptly.

 

3. Singapore Dollar Cheque (Check) - we only accept cheques drawn on Singapore bank in Singapore currency. Please key in your cheque number and bank name upon checkout and prepare a crossed cheque to "Mpire Group". Please post the cheque to our mailing address found on our website Contact Information.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) - this will be on exception basis for Singapore orders only.  Please select "Electronic Cash Transfer" and  you can then request for COD by entering in "User Comments" upon checkout. We will advise you when we process your order whether COD is possible.
 
 

How secured is your online payment?


It is our priority to ensure a safe and secure online environment to our customers. We do not keep your credit card particulars on our site. When you select payment by credit card, you will be routed to WorldPay, a leading payment service provider for online business and is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland group. WorldPay host their own payment gateway using encrypted and secure communication to process and authorize your credit card real-time. Their transaction environment is regularly audited by banking authorities to ensure complete security.

Secure communication means information that you provide, such as your name and credit card number is encrypted and cannot be read or intercepted by other people or system on the internet. Before you enter a secure website like WorldPay, your browser will prompt you with a dialog box. When you are in WorldPay, you should see a padlock icon in a locked position on the status bar at the bottom of your browser to certify that you are in a secure environment. Once your credit card payment has been accepted at WorldPay, you will be routed back to MyDreamz website where you can continue shopping.

Since MyDreamz and WorldPay do not store your credit card information for future use, you will need to enter your credit card details each time you purchase using credit card.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with an item purchased or the item does not fit you, you may exchange or return it to us for refund provided  it meets our Return Policy. below.

To return or exchange an item,

1. Email us at contact@mydreamzwear.com to request for a return or exchange and we will email you an authorised Return/Exchange Form (REF) and return address. Please provide us with your Name, Contact Tel, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return/Exchange. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item.
2. Return the item, together with the authorised REF to our return address. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges and insurance of the items, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.
3. If you have requested for a refund, we will post you a cheque or make a refund to your credit card, after we have received the returned merchandise and confirm it complies with our Return Policy. For Singapore customers who paid using non-credit card method, please indicate the correct name and address that you want the cheque to be paid and sent to. For international customers who paid using Electronic Cash Transfer, we will send you either a bank cheque or travellers cheque or telegraphic transfer. For credit card refund, please allow two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

The refund amount will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount) or at refund request (special offers may be subject to reduction), whichever is lower and exclude handling and shipping charges.

4. For an exchange, please note that new handling and shipping charges will apply for replacement items. Exchange value will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount) or at refund request (special offers may be subject to reduction), whichever is lower.
5. We will email you once we have received the returned merchandise and advise you whether it meets our Return Criteria and the status of the refund or exchange.


What is your return policy?

  1. All intended returns must be informed to us via email to contact@mydreamzwear.com  within 5 calendar days upon receiving the item. We will acknowledge by sending you an authorised Return/Exchange Form.
  2. All returns must be accompanied by a duly completed authorised Return/Exchange Form (REF) and must be postmarked within 7 days from REF date.
  3. All returned items must be in their original state and in unworn condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged after purchase.
  4. Special offers, promotional and sale items are not returnable.
  5. Due to hygienic standards, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on underwear or items that are bundled with underwear (example: Sheer chemise with complimentary panties).
  6. Gift wrapping and packaging are not returnable.
  7. Handling and shipping charges are not refundable.

Colors

How can I see available colors for each style?

Most of our styles have 2 or more colors. The available colors are indicated next to each style. Besides the main color shown on the model, you can also view the second color by clicking on "Turn Image" below the model in the Product Detail page.

Care Instructions

How do I take care of my cotton pieces?

MyDreamz cotton loungewear is made of 100% combed cotton or 95% cotton + 5% elasthane which is pre-shrunk before cutting and sewing. However, due to the natural attribute of cotton, you can still expect some shrinkage after your first wash but the shrinkage will be negligible with subsequent washes.

Every outfit comes with a printed care instructions as follows:

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Only non-chlorine bleach (if needed) or Do not Bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Low iron

Our cotton pieces are colorfast which means colors do not bleed during wash. However, please ensure that you wash them separately from clothes that may bleed to prevent staining. If you prefer to machine wash, please use  laundry mesh bag before putting into the washing machine. Please take extra care of the pieces with lace which are more delicate. It is advisable not to bleach since the results could be unpredictable and may damage the color.


How do I take care of my satin and sheer pieces?

MyDreamz nightwears are made of high quality satin, chiffon or georgette fabric.  These delicate lingerie need extra care so that you can enjoy wearing them for a long time.

Every piece comes with a printed care instructions as follows:

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Drip dry under shade
  • Low iron

Since some dark colors may run during wash, please wash the dark color pieces separately. It is advisable to hand wash since machine wash may damage the delicate fabric and laces. Drip dry under shade to prevent direct exposure under the harsh sunlight.

We do not print catalogue since our products are updated regularly on our Online Boutique. It is best to visit our Online Boutique for the latest styles, pricing and promotions.

We are based in the country of Singapore in Asia and you can visit our retail outlet at Pacific Plaza #02-08 in Orchard shopping area.

Privilege and Promotion

Do you have a privilege membership program?

Yes, we have 2 privilege programs ie. Sweetz and Dreamz lifetime privilege membership. Here's how they work:

  • Sweetz membership criteria - single purchase above SGD150. Sweetz members will  get 15% discount off their future total purchase.
  • Dreamz membership criteria - any accumulated purchases above SGD600 in a calendar year. Sweetz members will be upgraded to Dreamz membership once you have accumulated above SGD600 in a calendar year. Dreamz membership will get 25% discount for future purchases. It's like celebrating your birthday every day of the year!
  • All discounts are valid for regular price items, as well as sale, promotional and special offer items. The discount will be adjusted against your total purchase during checkout.
  • We will sign you up for Sweetz or Dreamz membership once you meet the criteria and will inform you by email. Your future online purchases will reflect the appropriate discounts.   • To qualify for the privilege membership, all purchases have to be made via the same account to calculate the accumulated purchases.

7. We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that are no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes.
